Do you remember the days of MySpace and how much fun you had? How about all of the time and effort you put in to networking and building relationships within your niche?
Though MySpace is trying to hang in, many of us have shifted our focus to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or other social networks that appeal to our personal genres.
No matter what your personal opinion is or has become of MySpace, don’t waste all of that time and effort you had once put in. Time is money to most and I’m sure you wouldn’t flush your paycheck on a whim with nothing to show.
If you haven’t already discovered the plethora of MySpace apps, there is one in particular that is similar to the one we all use on Facebook to sync our tweets.
Why not simplify and streamline your marketing efforts with a single Tweet?
To sync your MySpace profile(s) to your Twitter account, click on this link and follow the simple directions… http://bit.ly/myspace-sync
No matter what social network you might be rockin’, tie them all together. Even better than MySpace Sync… Try Ping.fm @ http://bit.ly/mypingfm
Though I personally haven’t dug too deep, I have had an account for some time and am planning on digging deeper now that I am writing this.
If you decide to sign up, you will notice that Ping.fm tethers with nearly all of the major players. And, I’m sure if your network isn’t, all you need do is make enough noise and they’ll be more than obliged to satisfy the demand of the masses.
One tip I might make before wrapping things up however, is that whatever route you decide to take, don’t overlap.
Make sure that if you are using individual applications, either stick with them, or disable them if you decide to use Ping.fm. This includes plug-ins on your WordPress Blog(s) and the like.
One thing that will make you look the fool and possibly mark you as spammer or shameless self promoter is duplicate messages. If you double dip (overlap), you could end up looking like you’re running bots or just don’t know what you are doing.
Your reputation is Priceless, treat it that way!
